Suukti — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Suukti ("the app"), provided by Accenator LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using Suukti, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Note: If you obtained Suukti from the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") also applies. These Terms supplement it; where permitted, they add app-specific terms — in particular, the AI-content and liability sections below.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Suukti on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and any applicable app-store rules.

2. Your content is yours

Suukti processes your speech and text on your device to produce transcriptions and formatted text. We do not collect, store, or receive your content (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you create with the app and for how you use it.

3. AI-assisted and AI-generated content — please read

Suukti's transcription, cleanup, formatting, and text-generation features are powered by artificial-intelligence / machine-learning models (including Apple's on-device models where available). You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI can make mistakes. The transcribed, cleaned-up, reformatted, or generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of context, or different from what you intended. It may add, omit, or change words, numbers, names, tone, or meaning. Output may contain material inaccuracies even when it appears accurate, polished, or confident.
• Do not rely on the output without independently confirming its accuracy. Read and verify any text produced or altered by Suukti yourself before you send, publish, submit, sign, or otherwise act on it. The text is a draft aid, not a finished, verified work product — take particular care with anything important or sensitive (names, numbers, dates, legal, financial, or medical content).
• You are solely responsible for any text you choose to use, and for any consequences of using it, including errors it may contain.
• No professional advice. Output is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such.
• Accenator LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or use of any AI-produced or AI-altered text, or for any loss or harm resulting from your use of or reliance on such text.

4. Third-party and open-source components

Suukti includes and/or downloads third-party and open-source software and machine-learning models (for example, on-device speech-recognition models and supporting libraries) to provide its features. These components are provided by their respective owners under their own licenses, "as is," without warranty; Accenator LLC does not warrant and is not responsible for these third-party components, their licenses, or their output. Attribution and license notices for these components are made available in the app and/or its documentation.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

• Billing through Apple. If Suukti is offered as a paid app or on an auto-renewing subscription, all purchases, billing, and renewals are processed by Apple through your Apple Account under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not receive or store your payment details.
• Auto-renewal. An auto-renewing subscription continues and is charged to your Apple Account at the then-current price each billing period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Any free-trial period, price, and billing frequency are shown at the point of purchase.
• Refunds. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; requests are made to Apple, not to us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Suukti to create, transform, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that violates the rights of others, and to comply with all laws applicable to your use.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Suukti is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (to the fullest extent permitted by law) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Accenator LLC (and its owners, employees, and suppliers) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — Suukti or any text it produces or alters, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases, the above applies to the extent permitted.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and the current version will be posted at this URL. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
